1. I don’t have time to make my own design; can you do it for me?
Of course! We offer design service and encourage our customers to take advantage of this.
2. Can I return or exchange a custom-made product?
Since every item is "made-to-order" specifically for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to size selection or change of mind. However, if there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part, we will provide a replacement immediately.
3. How do I care for my shirts?
- Wash the garment inside out.
- Use a cold or lukewarm wash
- Do not use bleach or tumble dry.
- Never iron directly over the printed area (iron on the reverse side).
